First time having to fix my windshield and I had to wait a bit before getting it replaced due to my car year. From start to finish, the experience at this establishment was phenomenal. Thank you Megan for being so nice, helpful and so communicative on the whole process. My car looks like it just came out of the agency again. 🤭

Amazing spot! My mom just got a crack on her front windshield and it was quick and easy here. Loved the atmosphere and quickness. Not only did we feel comfortable but cared for! We will make sure to stop by again and share with others if in need again 🙏

Let me tell you, no matter how unfortunate it is getting your windshield cracked, you can come here and get your windshield fixed and feel like you came to visit your parents. Steve and Alicia were amazing and getting this fixed here at Fix-A-Crack was an even greater experience. Make the drive, it’s worth it for all your windshield needs. I’d give this more stars if it were possible!

Was driving on the highway to McAllen from San Benito and a rock hit my windshield on my brand new Tesla Model Y I bought a month ago. Frustrating as it was, I was very pleased to find a military/veteran owned company that could help fix my needs in a promptly, professional way. From the first interaction to the end, I felt very welcomed and at ease with the entire team. A fix that saved me over $1100 for a brand new windshield in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely refer anyone that needs 100% QUALITY windshield repairs over any other company in the Valley. They have made my whole day so much better and I can’t thank Fix A Crack enough! ❤️ Before & After pictures for proof

I recently had my windshield replaced at this small local business and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, they were transparent and honest—my insurance only covered part of the cost, and they went out of their way to cover the remainder themselves. That alone earned my respect. When I arrived, they were short staffed but still took the time to explain the situation clearly and promised my car would be ready by the end of the day, which they followed through on. Alicia walked me through everything in detail and made sure I understood the process, while her husband Steven was hands on in the shop handling the replacements. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, Steven was finishing up by cleaning all of my windows, giving the car a polished, finished look. It wasn’t something he had to do, but it showed real pride in their work and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a small business that’s honest, hardworking, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’d absolutely recommend them and would come back again without hesitation.
